Fixtures and Results: 2022–3 Season – Cup

Round 1: 20 December 2022

(postponed from 29 November)

With 17 teams in the League this season, there was only one game in the first round. There will be no Plate competition this year.

Question Setters: Nags Head 'B'.

Round 2: 17 January 2023

Question setters: Park Taverners.

The Park Taverners could clearly not be asked to provide eight question masters, so all participating teams were asked to provide question masters if possible. In the event six teams were able to do so, and the Taverners provided question masters for the other two matches.

Quarter–Finals: 21 February 2023

The questions were set by the Chester Road Tavern and the Sutton Club. These two teams were asked to provide two question masters each.

Semi–Finals: 21 March 2023

The questions were set by the Nags Head and the Dolphin Hammers. These two teams were asked to provide one question master each.

Final: 16 May 2023

The Cup Final and Presentations night was held at the Pack Horse Bowling Club. The Cup Final questions were assembled by the Harrington Academicals and the Nags Head 'B', from those supplied by all non–participating teams. Thanks to Mark Watson for asking the questions and Steve Carter for scoring.
