Question setters: Castle 'A', CAP.

As well as the question setters, the Nags Head 'A', YPU, George & Dragon (Sunderland St.), Sema, Bridgewater, Rising Sun 'B' and Chestergate were asked to provide two question masters each.

The losers of the first, sixth, tenth and fourteenth games in the above draw (home teams George II, Parkside Social, Nags Head 'B', Rugby Club) would be asked to set questions for the Second Round of the Plate and the Third Round of the Cup.

Round 2: 25 February 1992

Question Setters: George II, Parkside Social, Sutton Club, Rising Sun 'A'.

As well as the question setters, the Park Tavern, Chester Road Tavern 'B', White Swan, Harrington 'B' and Lamb 'B' were asked to provide an unspecified number of question masters.

Quarter–Finals: 17 March 1992

Question Setters: St. Dunstan, Bears Head, Brewers, Chester Road Tavern 'A'. These teams were asked to provide two question masters each, for the eight Cup and Plate games.

Semi–Finals: 7 April 1992

Question Setters: Rising Sun 'B', Chestergate, Franklin 'B', Woodman. These teams were asked to provide one question masters each, for the eight Cup and Plate games.
