Atrium

The wording of this question suggests (possibly unintentionally) that the word 'atrium' can mean a skylight, as well as an inner courtyard that is open to the sky. This is not the case; only the latter definition is correct.

An atrium can however be covered by a skylight (rather than being open to the sky). So if the intention was to define an atrium as "an inner courtyard that is either open to the sky, or covered by a skylight", this is correct. I think this is what Wikipedia means by its slightly garbled definition – "a large open air or skylight covered space surrounded by a building".
